How to get rid of Spot / Zit Scar?

Hello,

I had a massive spot on my nose and I picked it and the scar ist still there, even after about 2 Months.
It's kinda ''redish'' if you get me. Or does it mean, because it's been there for about 2 Months it's not going to fade?

Can somebody please help me,by telling me how to get rid of it or how to make it fade.
